The journey of establishing Royal Indian Hut, commenced in 2006 when Sandeep Patel moved to Australia from India with the desire to become a chef, and so he began his culinary course in hospitality management. He diligently worked as a chef in recognized restaurants like Mantra and Holiday Inn.

With years of expertise, experience, and a vision to deliver authentic flavors and dishes, Sandeep pioneered his journey by inaugurating his first restaurant in 2013, inclusive of Indian, Thai, and Italian cuisine. Chef Sandeep has launched 4 restaurants since, along with Royal Indian Hut, Royal Thai Hut, Sandy’s Bar & Grill, and Joe’s Trattorias.
